	Archives Management

Dharmaraja College Archives, was established by the 79/80 group of old rajans in 2002 Nov 28. In order to gurentee the continous operation and maintenance Dharmaraja Archives Foundation was established by the Principal in November, 2003 . It is monitored by the Principal and patronized by the distinguishied old rajans and the Director, National Archives. The College Archives Association is responsible for collecting present information and organizing annual activities. The archives founcdation can have any number of data collection commitees and all the unions, societies and groups of the old boys and past teachers are requested to maintain information relevent to them by having such commitees. It is also requested to norminate one or two representative for the archives foundation in order work as a liaison officer.
